Erling Haaland (£15.3m) at home to Fulham gets the armband for me, particularly after he scored a hat-trick in this fixture last season. If he blanks again though, without Rodri (£6.3m) and Kevin De Bruyne (£9.5m) in the team, it might make me think twice over captaining him in the coming weeks.

My captain this week will be Haaland as I expect him to return to goalscoring ways after blanking last week. It is a one-off where he doesn’t score, and Manchester City more often than not show a strong reaction after dropping points.
